FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where are Food Vendors located?
Our food vendors are located in the parking spaces on the periphery of the Mills Park Hotel back yard.
What utilities are available?
A limited number of connections for electric are available. These connections are first-come, first-served during registration.
When is setup?
Food vendors must be fully setup no later than 30 minutes prior to the event start time both Friday & Saturday.
What food permit do I need?
Vendors are required to hold a Mobile Food Truck license, or a temporary food permit from the Greene County Public Health Department.
Food vendors will be inspected by GCPH & Miami Twp Fire & Rescue to be authorized to operate for the duration of the event.
Can I leave early?
No early departures will be permitted. Vendors who close early will not be eligible for future Mills Park Hotel events.
